As a key member of our Dynamics F&O Practice, you will serve as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Finance Consultant or Senior Consultant. BDO Canada LLP prides itself on fostering strong relationships with both our team and clients, ensuring exceptional service and trustworthy insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a reliable advisor to clients and BDO project teams during ERP implementations.
- Lead larger projects, mentoring and guiding fellow consultants.
- Optimize client business processes to enhance ROI using the Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations suite.
- Provide training to client personnel for daily operations related to ERP systems.
- Maintain a reputation for professionalism and high-quality deliverables as described by clients.
- Focus on effective service delivery, identifying and recommending improvements.
- Engage in the adoption of digital tools and strategies to foster an innovative workplace.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience with Dynamics 365 F&O, particularly in the Finance domain.
- Comprehensive understanding of ERP applications with full cycle implementation experience.
- Experience collaborating with ISVs and extensive functional knowledge in finance, including General Ledger, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, and multi-currency management.
- Familiarity with Budgeting, Project Budgeting, and Project Accounting.
- Proven skills in process analysis, redesign, and documentation.
- Experience in functional design, configuration, and alignment of processes with a solid grasp of Financial System concepts.
