Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our finance division, you will be responsible for providing financial reporting and analysis to enable informed decision-making. You will also be responsible for establishing and monitoring key revenue and expense drivers, providing forecasting and planning support, and maintaining an accurate and up-to-date view of the business's financial performance.
Key Responsibilities- Establish business partner relationships with senior leaders to provide financial reporting and analysis
- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and planning
- Provide analytical support to identify trends and opportunities
- Act as a concierge to broker other services from the Finance division to senior leaders
- Integrate risk management processes to ensure the ongoing identification, monitoring, and assessment of risks
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, or Business Administration from a recognized post-secondary institution
- Chartered Professional Accountant (Canada) designation or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience at a senior consultant level or higher
- Business acumen in the context of the financial industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of related finance concepts, practices, and techniques
- Planning and coordination skills to develop operating plans and processes
- Research and analytical skills to assess and recommend course of action
