Methods Specialist Sr

Bombardier is seeking a highly skilled Methods Agent Sr to join our team at the Dorval Plant 3. As a key member of our Aerospace Canada organization, you will play a critical role in optimizing production processes and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a first responder to support operations for the Challenger program, providing timely and effective solutions to technical problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, reducing costs and eliminating non-value-added activities.
- Manage short- and medium-term projects to optimize production, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of high-quality aircraft components.
- Develop and implement strategies for assembling and manufacturing aircraft components, ensuring geometric tolerance and quality standards are met.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and maintain documentation for first-production work and control instructions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- College degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of manufacturing experience, with a strong background in aeronautics and interior finishing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in SAP software, MS Office, and Catia V5.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
