Senior Methods Agent

Bombardier is a leading manufacturer of aircraft, and we're seeking a highly skilled Methods Agent Sr to join our team. As a Methods Agent Sr, you will play a critical role in optimizing production processes, reducing costs, and improving overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a first responder to support operations for the Challenger program.
- Provide technical support and coordination to resolve complex problems, including drafting and executing plans, recommendations, and implementation of changes.
- Manage short- and medium-term projects to optimize production, reduce costs, and eliminate non-value-added activities.
- Harmonize the implementation of engineering changes or assembly strategies by working closely with engineering, materials logistics, quality, and production services.
- Develop strategies for assembling and manufacturing aircraft components.
- Define the tools needed to manufacture or assemble aircraft components to ensure the required geometric tolerance.
- Identify opportunities to improve assembly and manufacturing strategies and participate in research and development projects.
- Optimize the process of writing first-production work and control instructions.
- College degree or equivalent in mechanical engineering.
- At least 5 years of manufacturing experience.
- Experience in the field of aeronautics, knowledge of the interior finishing sector (an asset).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with SAP software, MS Office, and Catia V5.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills, ensuring effective interface with business partners.
