Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales performance by achieving targets and collaborating with brokers, sales agents, and buyers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, VIPs, and real estate professionals, focusing on pre-construction condominium sales.
- Contribute to sales strategies, including product development, marketing initiatives, public relations, events, and project activations.
- Continuously assess and enhance sales and CRM tools, processes, and infrastructure to improve efficiency and support growth.
- Collaborate with Development and Marketing teams to provide input on sales materials and presentations.
- Advise on product development phases, including floor plans and amenity spaces, based on market feedback, and conduct market research to track trends.
- Manage incoming communications with professionalism and courtesy.
- Prepare Purchase and Sale Agreements, Amendments, and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of homeowner communications in the CRM and manage all purchaser files.
- 3-5 years of experience in a real estate sales environment, particularly in pre-construction sales.
- Highly organized, personable, and professional demeanor.
- Proven closing skills are essential.
- A strong drive for success and a commitment to integrity in all endeavors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proactive approach.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work extended hours during project launches.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably SalesForce.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel as needed.
