Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at JAI IT SOLUTIONS INC. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving technical issues, and ensuring seamless system operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to client inquiries, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and network connectivity.
  • Problem-Solving: Consult technical manuals, guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to clients on the use of computer systems, software, and other technical tools.
  • Log Maintenance: Maintain a comprehensive log of problems and solutions for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of technical solutions and best practices.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
