About The LogHouse Pub

We are a dynamic and fast-paced pub looking for a skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a Sous Chef, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation. Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure menu items are executed to perfection.

Team Leadership

Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service. Foster a positive and inclusive team environment that encourages growth and development.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of food and kitchen supplies to ensure we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.

Quality Control

Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all food meets our high standards. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

Customer Service

Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met. Respond promptly to customer complaints and feedback.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role

Skills

Excellent culinary skills, strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
