About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Dr Phone Fix - Sherwood Park. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary resources to succeed.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Sell merchandise and develop strategies to increase sales volumes.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers to ensure they are meeting their targets.
