About the Role

FEROZA FINANCIAL INCORPORATED is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Maintenance: Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of financial records, including general ledger, journal entries, and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including trial balance, income statement, and balance sheet.
  • Accounting Tasks: Perform various accounting tasks, including invoicing clients, preparing payroll, and managing financial data.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and electronic mail.
  • Transportation and Work Conditions: Public transportation is available, and the work environment is fast-paced with tight deadlines.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication skills, organized, and a team player.
