Job Summary

FEROZA FINANCIAL INCORPORATED is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers, journals, and accounts payable and receivable.
  2. Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  3. Accounting Tasks: Perform various accounting tasks, including preparing payroll, invoicing clients, and managing financial data.
  4. Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and other financial software.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
Requirements
  1. Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  2. Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in accounting or a related field.
  3. Personal Qualities: Client focus, excellent oral communication, organized, and a team player.
