About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Wealth Management team as an Associate. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with investment advisors to provide exceptional customer service and support their business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure effective communication between clients, advisors, and various collaborators to deliver seamless service.
  • Provide superior customer service in person, on the phone, and through email to meet client needs.
  • Analyze client accounts to prepare for activities that support investment advisors in their business development.
  • Diligently carry out transactions related to investment accounts to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Open and update client files to maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate advisors' agendas, schedule appointments, and prepare clients for meetings to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules to maintain a secure and trustworthy environment.

Requirements
  • College diploma in a related field, such as business administration or finance.
  • At least one year of relevant experience in a related field, such as banking operations, customer service, or administration.
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Strong organizational and priority management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Language

French is the primary language used in this role, and proficiency in both French and English is an asset.
