**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Proactively build and maintain relationships with customers to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Partner with Relationship Managers to identify and communicate with high potential customers and prospects.
  • Answer customer inquiries in a thorough and professional manner, creating sales opportunities and driving business growth.
  • Assist in the loan approval process, ensuring accurate completion of documentation and timely decision-making.
  • Review loan files and enter customer and financial details into the lending system with a high degree of accuracy.

**Requirements:**

  • A diploma in business and at least two years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Specialized knowledge of lending procedures and approaches.
  • A passion for agriculture and a love for building customer relationships.
