As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying and communicating with high potential customers and prospects, and assisting in the loan approval process.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Proactively build and maintain relationships with customers to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Partner with Relationship Managers to identify and communicate with high potential customers and prospects.
- Answer customer inquiries in a thorough and professional manner, creating sales opportunities and driving business growth.
- Assist in the loan approval process, ensuring accurate completion of documentation and timely decision-making.
- Review loan files and enter customer and financial details into the lending system with a high degree of accuracy.
**Requirements:**
- A diploma in business and at least two years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Specialized knowledge of lending procedures and approaches.
- A passion for agriculture and a love for building customer relationships.

- An organized and detailed multi-tasker with strong technical expertise.
- A confident communicator comfortable dealing with solicitors and financial institutions.
