About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Wealth Management team as an Associate. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with investment advisors to provide exceptional customer service and support their business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure effective communication between clients, advisors, and internal stakeholders
  • Provide superior customer service through various channels, including in-person, phone, and email
  • Analyze client accounts to identify opportunities for growth and support investment advisors in their business development
  • Process transactions related to investment accounts with accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage client files and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate advisors' schedules and prepare for client meetings
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management policies

Requirements
  • College diploma in a related field
  • At least one year of relevant experience in a related field, such as banking operations, customer service, or administration
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent organizational and priority management skills
Language

French is the primary language of communication in this role.
