Job Title: Customer Service Representative Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative Supervisor to join our team at subsurfaceAI Inc.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that they provide exceptional service to our clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure they provide exceptional service to clients
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed
  • Organize and maintain inventory of customer service materials
  • Negotiate with clients for provision of services
  • Answer inquiries from clients and other company personnel
  • Provide customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
Work Environment:

The Customer Service Representative Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of customer service representatives. The successful candidate will be required to work in a office setting and may be required to travel to client sites as needed.
