As a Customer Service Representative Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, ensuring excellent customer service delivery, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service delivery
* Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient operation of the customer service team
* Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity
* Requisition materials and supplies, and organize and maintain inventory
* Negotiate with clients for provision of services, and answer inquiries from clients and other company personnel
* Provide customer service, and ensure that customer needs are met

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree
* 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and meet tight deadlines
* Ability to work under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude
* Ability to lead a team, and provide guidance and support
