POSITION SUMMARY: This role involves managing all facets of import shipments from pre-arrival through to billing. The successful candidate will interact directly with clients and operational teams in a friendly and professional manner. Experience in the lumber industry is advantageous.

QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal applicant will possess the following qualifications:
– High School diploma or equivalent
– One to two years of experience in brokerage or office settings
– Proficient data entry skills
– Strong communication abilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Release and classify basic import shipments. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed. Stay informed about Customs regulations and procedural updates. Actively seek new sales opportunities and effectively communicate our diverse services to existing clients, ensuring timely information flow to the manager or designated personnel.
