Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Release and Classification Specialist to handle all aspects of import shipments from pre-arrival to billing. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, accurate data entry abilities, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Release and classify basic import shipments
  • Deal directly with clients and operational staff in a friendly and considerate manner
  • Stay up-to-date on Customs and procedure changes
  • Actively pursue new sales leads and discuss and sell our various services with current clients

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • One to two years of brokerage/office experience
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Excellent communication skills
