Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Release and Classification Specialist to handle all aspects of import shipments from pre-arrival to billing. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, accurate data entry abilities, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Release and classify basic import shipments in accordance with Customs regulations and procedures.
  • Collaborate with clients and operational staff to ensure seamless communication and timely resolution of issues.
  • Stay up-to-date on Customs and procedure changes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Pursue new sales leads and discuss and sell our various services with current clients.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • One to two years of brokerage/office experience.
  • Accurate data entry skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
