Job Title: Senior Public Relations Advisor

Job Summary:

Bell Flight is seeking a highly skilled Senior Public Relations Advisor to join our Global Communications team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communications plans to promote our company's brand and reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and execution of communications strategies to promote our company's brand and reputation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, employees, and customers.
  • Design and implement internal and external communications plans to engage and inform various audiences.
  • Write and edit content for various communications channels, including press releases, media kits, and social media.
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage to identify trends and opportunities for our company.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement crisis communications plans.
  • Provide strategic counsel to senior leaders on communications-related matters.
  • Manage and maintain our company's social media presence.
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of our communications efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in public relations, communications, or related field.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with proficiency in English and French.
  • Understanding of industry practices and standards in communications.
  • Proven experience building collaborative relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, establish realistic schedules, and meet deadlines while managing competing priorities.
  • Experience in media relations is an asset.
  • Self-starter who can anticipate requests before they are received.
  • Ability to travel up to 5% as needed.
  • Can-do attitude and desire to work with a fun and energetic team of communications professionals.
