Job Title: Senior Public Relations Advisor

Job Summary:

Bell Flight is seeking a highly skilled Senior Public Relations Advisor to join our Global Communications team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communications plans to inform, educate, and engage various stakeholders about our company, products, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and execution of communications strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, employees, and customers.
  • Design, write, and produce various communications and tools, such as press releases, media kits, and social media content.
  • Coordinate and execute internal and external communications initiatives, including media relations, crisis communications, and employee engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage, social media, and other external communications to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our company's products, services, and business objectives to effectively communicate our value proposition to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our communications strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in public relations, communications, or a related field.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in media relations, crisis communications, and employee engagement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media, employees, and customers.
