**Planète Mazda** is looking for an experienced full time **Service Advisor** to join our growing team Reporting to the Service Manager, will play a key role in curating the experience of our valued customers who service at our dealership. **Your Day to Day**:

- Greet & serve customers of the service department
- Open & close work orders
- Suggest preventive maintenance recommended by the manufacturer based on the vehicle's manufacturing date, mileage, & general condition
- Consult with automotive technicians regarding required repairs & or maintenance work & provide options to clients
- Ensure rigorous monitoring of the undergoing work & keep the customer informed of the status of vehicle repairs
- Work with the parts department to determine parts availability & scheduling of future service appointments
- Advise clients about warranty protections & potential cost savings
- Review the repair order & service performed with the client after the service has been completed
