Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at CANUS ADVISORS LTD. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance and support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, applications, and network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to users via phone, email, or in-person

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Participate in the design and implementation of new technical solutions and processes
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
