Job Title: User Support Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled User Support Technician to join our team at CANUS ADVISORS LTD.

Job Summary

The User Support Technician will provide technical assistance and support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, software, and other technology-related issues. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of computer systems and software, and the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Research and resolve technical issues using technical manuals, online resources, and other documentation
  • Collaborate with other technical support teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Participate in the design and implementation of technical solutions to improve user experience
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, software, and networking fundamentals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
