Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service to retail stores, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Product Knowledge: Acquire and maintain knowledge of our products and services, including check cashing, commercial accounts, and other financial services.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, store personnel, and other stakeholders via phone, email, and other channels.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve customer issues, using problem-solving skills and technical knowledge to find solutions.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and other relevant information.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other teams, including store staff, collectors, and other support personnel, to ensure seamless customer service.
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or financial services environment.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in French is essential, as the ability to communicate effectively in both English and French is required.
- Skills: Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
