Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Tech Quest Solutions Inc. As a key member of our IT department, you will provide top-notch technical support to our users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, networks, and internet connectivity.
  • Consult technical manuals, user guides, and other documents to research and implement solutions to technical issues.
  • Offer advice and training to users to help them overcome technical difficulties.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software.
  • Perform web-server backup and recovery operations.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Permanent employment with a 35-hour workweek.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
