At Alberta Ltd., we are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality customer service.
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and develop strategies to meet those needs.
- Implement pricing and credit policies to maximize sales and revenue.
- Locate and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring that our inventory is up-to-date and meets customer demand.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
- Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff as needed.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
