Job Title: Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at M S B TRADING LTD.

Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting the high standards of customer service and sales.
  • Manage Inventory: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure that the store is always fully stocked.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Marketing and Sales: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the management of the store's finances, including budgeting and forecasting.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Working Conditions:

The Assistant Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is essential.
