Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at M S B TRADING LTD.
Job Summary:The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting the high standards of customer service and sales performance.
- Manage Inventory: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Store Operations: Assist the Store Manager in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including receiving and processing shipments, and maintaining store displays.
- Marketing and Sales: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
The Assistant Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential.
