Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at Redline Heavy Truck Parts & Repair Ltd. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the management team in achieving our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Assist in managing staff and assigning duties to ensure efficient operation of the department.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
