Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at NK Enterprises Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.
  • Oversee the ordering and inventory of merchandise, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to senior management.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Supervise and train staff on sales floor procedures, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The language of work is English.
