Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services: Greet and assist guests at the Guest Services Desk, providing personalized support and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Customer Engagement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience, going above and beyond to assist and engage with customers.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our services, products, and promotions, and effectively communicate this information to guests.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, retailers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
- Communication: Promptly respond to inquiries in person, via phone, and via email, providing clear and concise information to guests.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to address internal client needs and ensure a cohesive and efficient experience for our guests.
Requirements:
- Customer Service Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience, preferably in a high-end hotel concierge role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide solutions to real-time issues.
- Teamwork: Comfort in engaging with the public and working as part of a team.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with MS Office.
