Role Overview

As the Video System Development Leader, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our Smart Collaboration Solutions, which are essential for modern meeting environments. This position involves the design and development of state-of-the-art video conferencing systems, enhancing collaborative experiences in diverse workspaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the analysis of Market Requirements Documents to thoroughly comprehend customer needs and product objectives.
  • Architect scalable and resilient video system designs that are in line with product strategies.
  • Stay abreast of industry advancements and integrate best practices to refine our video conferencing offerings.
  • Manage the quarterly Video technology roadmap effectively.
  • Collect user feedback to optimize solutions, improve user experience, and enhance the team's technical capabilities for competitive product development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in camera architecture, including hardware and embedded software.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python, C, and C++, with a solid foundation in software design and project management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expertise in end-to-end video streaming pipelines for conferencing systems.
  • Experience with IQ tuning and video algorithms, including 3A and HDR technologies.
  • Familiarity with UVC/Ethernet camera transmission protocols and video codec technologies.
  • Background in AI model training and knowledge of deep learning architectures.
  • Experience with ISP NPU technology and model deployment processes.
  • Strong understanding of the computer vision sector.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a results-driven and innovative mindset.

This role is based in our North America Headquarters, supporting a hybrid work model.
