Video System Development Leader

Lenovo is seeking a highly skilled Video System Development Leader to join our team and play a critical role in shaping the future of our product portfolio. As a key member of our Smart Collaboration Solutions team, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge video conferencing solutions that enhance collaboration in modern workspaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of video system architectures that align with our product strategy and meet customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to improve our video conferencing solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather customer feedback and develop optimized solutions to improve user experience.
  • Manage the video technology roadmap and ensure timely delivery of competitive products and features.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in camera architecture, including hardware platforms and embedded software.
  • Proficient in Python, C, and C++ with solid software design skills and project development experience.
