Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Video System Development Leader to drive the evolution of our video conferencing solutions. This role is pivotal in shaping our product offerings and ensuring they meet the dynamic needs of modern collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the evaluation of market requirements to ensure alignment with customer expectations and product objectives.
  • Architect scalable and resilient video system designs that reflect our strategic vision.
  • Continuously monitor industry advancements and integrate best practices to enhance our video conferencing technologies.
  • Manage the quarterly roadmap for video technology initiatives.
  • Collect and analyze customer insights to refine user experiences and boost product competitiveness.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in camera architecture, including both hardware and embedded software.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, C, and C++, with a proven track record in software design and project execution.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Expertise in end-to-end video streaming for conferencing systems.
  • Experience with image quality tuning and video processing algorithms.
  • Familiarity with UVC/Ethernet camera protocols and video codec technologies.
  • Knowledge of AI model training and deep learning frameworks.
  • Experience with ISP NPU technology and deployment processes.
  • Strong understanding of the computer vision landscape.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on innovation and efficiency.

This role is based in our North America Headquarters. We support a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility in work arrangements.
