Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shift Manager to join our team at A&J SONS 3 HOLDINGS INC. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and meet business needs.
- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Budgeting and Reporting: Prepare budget and cost estimates, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
- Certifications: CPR Certificate, Food Safety Certificate, and Safe Food Handling certificate.
- Security and Safety: Must undergo a criminal record check.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, working under pressure, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
