We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at A&J SONS 3 HOLDINGS INC. Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Planning and Budgeting: Prepare budget and cost estimates, maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Communication: Establish methods to meet work schedules, prepare and submit reports, and maintain open communication with staff and management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Certifications: CPR Certificate, Food Safety Certificate, and Safe Food Handling certificate.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will work under pressure to meet deadlines and ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.
