Job Title: Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shift Manager to join our team at A&J SONS 3 HOLDINGS INC. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food preparation team, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient use of resources
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality products and excellent customer service
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates, and monitor expenses to ensure profitability
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare reports as required
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • CPR Certificate, Food Safety Certificate, and Safe Food Handling certificate
  • Criminal record check
  • Excellent oral communication skills, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure
Work Environment:

The Shift Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity in a dynamic environment.
