Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, developing leads, and marketing our insurance products. If you are a self-motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Provide prompt and accurate customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, including presenting insurance products and services to potential customers.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in an insurance or financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • OTL/RIBO license required or in the process of obtaining.
  • Life license not required but an asset.

Perks:

4-day workweek after probationary period, flexible working arrangements, paid vacation, RSP match, and standard medical and dental benefits.

Salary Range: $60,000 plus bonus.
