Key Responsibilities- Food and Supply Management
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Ensure that all food and supplies are stored and handled in a safe and sanitary manner.
- Team Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Quality Control
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that food and service meet our standards.
- Customer Service
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Administrative Tasks
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and timely reports to management.
- Prepare and submit reports as required, including sales data and inventory levels.
- Work Environment
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Supervise and check assembly of trays, ensuring that all food is presented in a visually appealing manner.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
