Key Responsibilities- Operational Management: Direct and control daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Performance Evaluation: Regularly evaluate office operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Communication and Correspondence: Open and distribute mail, packages, and other materials, and record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Procedure Development: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure consistency and productivity.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, and oversee the preparation of reports and other documents.
- Customer Service: Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general information about the company and its services.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering of office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a smooth operation.
- Payroll Administration: Assist with payroll administration, including processing payroll and maintaining employee records.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
