About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Talent Implementation Specialist to join our team at KPMG Canada. As a key member of our HR Transformation practice, you will be responsible for leading the design and configuration of Workday Talent solutions for various clients across a range of industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure Workday Talent modules to meet client needs and align with their business goals and strategy.
  • Develop and implement Talent templates and key business processes to enable clients to manage Succession Plans, establish Goals, Performance Appraisals, and Performance Improvement Plans.
  • Conduct client workshops to understand and analyze business requirements, and propose recommendations based on industry-leading practices.
  • Provide excellent customer service and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Workday's Implementation Methodology and utilize it on all engagements.
  • Assist and perform troubleshooting of product configuration to resolve or provide optimal product configuration to meet customer business requirements.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of related experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Talent Management.
  • 2+ years of functional experience in Talent software solutions or ERP systems.
  • Strong knowledge in Talent Management and understanding of key business processes such as Career development & Talent Retention, Succession Planning, and Performance Cycle.
  • Requirements gathering, business analysis, and presentation capabilities.
  • Experience working in a client-facing role with both technical and functional stakeholders, strong relationship management skills, and a passion for client satisfaction and delivery excellence.

KPMG Canada offers a comprehensive compensation package, including a competitive salary range of $98,000 to $127,000, depending on location, skills, and qualifications.
