Job Description

As a Senior Customer Service Representative on our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for answering their questions, resolving their issues, and providing them with a positive experience.

Your Role

  • Take calls from clients and respond to their inquiries
  • Provide solutions to client issues and concerns
  • Upsell and cross-sell our products and services
  • Apply security measures to validate client identity
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
