Job Title: Senior Customer Service Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team in Quebec City. As a key member of our Épargne Placements Québec team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering their questions, and promoting our savings products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take calls from clients and provide personalized support
  • Promote our savings products and services, such as savings accounts, RRSPs, and TFSAs
  • Apply security measures to validate client identity
  • Help clients use our web applications

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Customer service and advisory experience
  • Ability to promote products and services
  • Ability to manage files rigorously
  • Team spirit and adaptability
