Job Title: Senior Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team at NBC. As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Answer client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Upsell and cross-sell our products and services to clients
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet sales targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong product knowledge and sales skills
