- Lead a Team: Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties efficiently and effectively.
- Implement Process Improvements: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement changes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain a Safe Working Environment: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
