Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

SCOTT ROAD BOTTLE DEPOT LTD. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including coordinating activities with other departments, preparing and submitting reports, and maintaining inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient warehouse operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on warehouse performance and inventory levels
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that inventory levels are within acceptable limits
  • Ensure that all warehouse equipment and machinery are in good working order and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed
  • Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure that they are performing their duties efficiently and effectively
  • Co-ordinate and assign work tasks to warehouse staff to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies as needed to maintain inventory levels
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that stock is rotated and expired stock is removed
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure that warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or related environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Physical ability to lift heavy loads and work in a warehouse environment
Work Environment:

The Warehouse Supervisor will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with a team of warehouse staff. The successful candidate will be required to work in a physically demanding environment and be able to lift heavy loads.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours:

The Warehouse Supervisor will work 40 hours per week.
