Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor - Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at MJ Window Ltd. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for coordinating the receipt, storage, and shipment of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including tracking stock levels, monitoring inventory movements, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products, and coordinate with internal teams to meet production and shipping deadlines.
  • Warehouse Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including receiving and processing shipments, storing and retrieving inventory, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, supply chain performance, and warehouse operations, and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, attention to detail
