About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Director to join our team at Comfort Inn & Suites. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate human, financial, and material resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, aligning with our business objectives.
  • Regional Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, fostering collaboration and driving results.
  • Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, ensuring alignment with our business strategy.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, promoting our interests.
  • Leadership Development: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions, ensuring the success of our team.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning, ensuring the integrity of our operations.
Requirements
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and MS PowerPoint, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail, ensuring the highest quality of work.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, organization, and a strong team player attitude, with a commitment to excellence.
  • Work Environment: Permanent position, 30-40 hours per week, with a focus on work-life balance and employee well-being.
  • Language: English language proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
