As a Business Insurance Advisor reporting to the Director of Business Services, your primary responsibility will be to offer and sell insurance products tailored to the requirements of corporate clients. You will play a crucial role in cultivating a business portfolio that reflects your approach, establishing trustworthy relationships with clients, delivering consistent service, and fostering client loyalty.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Identify opportunities to create a customized business portfolio (incoming inquiries, outreach, networking, referrals, etc.).Engage in networking events during and outside of regular business hours.Participate in sales meetings to develop a proactive business growth strategy.Prepare or revise proposals based on client data.Assess and comprehend client operations.Market and place policies with various insurance providers.Present service options, comparisons, or renewals.Finalize insurance agreements with providers and ensure delivery.Coordinate schedules with account managers and determine strategies.Address client endorsement requests and update proposals accordingly.Oversee insurance premium payments.Assist clients during the claims process and provide support.Carry out various additional tasks as required.

Your Qualifications and Profile:

Possess a Bachelor's degree.Hold or be interested in acquiring a license from the Financial Markets Authority.Demonstrate a passion for sales, customer service, and fieldwork.Exhibit the skills necessary to present, negotiate, and close sales effectively.Have proficient computer skills (MS Office and Windows).Be bilingual (French and English, both spoken and written) to ensure an inclusive experience for English-speaking clients.
