Electrical Field Manager

Are you a seasoned electrical engineer looking to take on a leadership role in the design, development, and implementation of custom electrical conversion equipment solutions? Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of electrical engineers to ensure the production and delivery of high-quality transformers on time.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
  • Ensure smooth communication between the electrical and mechanical engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve technical issues and implement design changes to improve product performance and manufacturability.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of production schedules to meet customer demands and inventory requirements.
  • Implement rigorous measures to ensure all products meet or exceed industry standards and customer specifications.
  • Promote a safety culture by ensuring all operations comply with environmental, health, and safety guidelines.
  • Analyze production data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize production.
  • Recruit, train, and coach team members to build a high-performing team.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure alignment of production capabilities and customer requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the field.
  • Proven experience in engineering management, particularly in product development in the manufacturing sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of transformer design, manufacturing processes, and industry standards.
  • Proven leadership and engineering project management skills.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder relationship management.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, able to convey complex technical information in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Innovative mindset, focused on continuous improvement and engineering excellence.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands and technologies.
  • Bilingual French and English (written and spoken).
